In an effort to create consistency with our email practices onsite, this past week we rolled out a general leasing@ email address for each property. The idea for this consistent email is for each property to have one email address they use on ILS (Internet Listing Services) sites, give to prospects, or to communicate internally at J.C. Hart.
When someone sends an email to one of these addresses it not only goes into a general email account, buy also gets forwarded to each leasing associate at the specific property. This allows everyone on the leasing team to get hot leads and respond as quickly as possible.
Soon to come will be new online features and tools such as online leasing, online service requests, and the LEADS management system that will truely benefit from having this universal email address. More to come on those in the future.
