If you haven't been to the Corporate Office lately, you perhaps haven't seen the progress Mike
Kalasmiki (Construction Superintendent) is making nearby on our One One Six project, located at 116th Street and College Avenue. It has been a unique project so far, due to the fact that the framing walls are being "stick built." In order to start sooner, we made the decision not to use pre-manufactured panels, so the walls have
actually been being built on-site! This has also resulted in a bit of a cost savings as it is less expensive to ship a trailer full of building material than it is carriers loaded with pre-built panels, which are, if you think about it, shipping a lot of air! Stick framing is kind of a rarity these days, but it is working well, not only at One One Six, but also at our other current project, The Fort, located in Lawrence, on Indianapolis's north east side. Pictures from The Fort will be coming soon!

New Associates
Alisha Webb started this week as our new Leasing Specialist at BayShore. Alisha has an Associates Degree in Business Administration from IVY Tech (where she attended classes with Jennifer Binder!) and has worked in different fields while earning her degree. She is high energy and hardworking and is looking forward to becoming an asset to the BayShore team.
We welcome both Jocilyn and Alisha and wish them the best of success in their new positions! We are very excited to have them on board!
