Two weeks ago we launched our first 6 pilot properties on the revenue management system, Yieldstar. While this a change of pace for J.C. Hart it is a system that many other large companies have been using for the past few years, and we feel fortunate enough to take advantage of this technology at this time.
As we move forward into the Web 2.o generation of online leasing, social networking, and other evolving Internet techonology we think Yieldstar will help us to be even more competitive in this ever changing market. While our communities are located mainly in Indianapolis and the midwest, Yieldstar will truely be a great system when we expand to future markets such as Charlotte, NC.
