New Director of Best Practices

J.C. Hart is pleased to announce Property Management's new Director of Best Practices has been selected. Kristen Hyden, Community Manager, has been with J.C. Hart for over 4 years. She started as a Leasing Specialist at North Haven, within a year was promoted to Assistant Manager, and within another six months was made Manager at Pebble Brook. Kristen was made Manager over both Ashley Place and Pebble Brook in January, 2008 and will begin her new duties as soon as both of her Community Manager positions at Ashley Place and Pebble Brook Village have been filled. Kristen's main responsibilities will be insuring that all policies and procedures are being administered consistently throughout the portfolio, and assisting in procedural training of our leasing staffs. Kristen is grateful for this opportunity and is very excited to get started in this newly created position. Congratulations to Kristen!
