We are pleased to introduce two new J.C. Hart Associates!
Bill Leonard, Assistant Construction Superintendent, is our newest addition to the Construction
Division. Bill served in the military in the early 80’s and has been doing construction work ever since. He has over 20 years of multifamily and retail construction experience, most recently with AMLI and Vision Builders in Indianapolis. He and his wife Diane live in Noblesville and have recently become grandparents! Bill will initially be overseeing the construction of the handicap accessible rebuild project at Austin Springs and possibly an additional new building at that site.
Holli Moore is our new Community Manager at Oak Lake at Crooked Creek. After teaching 5th grade for a few years, Holli was a Property Manager for four years at Bayberry Place Apartments in Brownsburg, then managed by Urbahns Companies. The last couple of years Holli worked at Davis Homes and Paul Shoopman HBG in new homes sales. It was there that she worked with Deb Fuller who referred her to J.C. Hart! Holli and her husband, Dwight, live in Plainfield.
In addition to these new Associates, we are pleased to announce that Brandy Doyle has been promoted to Assistant Manager at Austin Springs, rewarding all her hard work and dedication these past two years!
