We have hired a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for our Bloomington properties, The Crest and City Flats! Not that we haven't appreciated all the trips that Danny Lewis and Chad Ewbank have made down there on a regular basis (and probably still will) but we are very happy to have someone on staff for these sites! Please welcome Mike Carpenter to our J.C. Hart family of Associates. Mike started last Wednesday. He lives in Bloomington with his wife and three children. Mike is HVAC licensed and has lots of maintenance experience, although he is new to property management. We welcome Mike to The Crest and City Flats and are pleased to have him on our ever-growing team of Associates!!
