Jade Williams is our first Associate to join the lease-up team at The Legacy Towns & Flats in Carmel. Jade is from Virginia but attended Indiana Wesleyan University where she received a B.S. in Business Administration and Leadership Studies. This past year she has been working in Texas at a 350 unit student housing property where she worked on a brand new lease-up specializing in outreach and event planning for the property. She was able to help direct a team of 10+ part-time leasing specialists in leasing up the property in just 2 months! Jade is currently living at Pebble Brook Village until units are ready at The Legacy. She is very excited about this new property and all the opportunities that are ahead! And please note, Jade celebrates her birthday on the 22nd! Happy Birthday, Jade!
J.C. Hart is pleased to welcome back Ashley Benner, who was an intern at J.C. Hart while she was earning her B.S. in Residential Property Management at Ball State. Ashley also earned her CAM and NALP certifications while at BSU. She most recently worked for NTS Development Co. but was drawn to the opportunity to become the Assistant Manager at North Haven. Ashley has moved to North Haven and is very happy to be back in the fold at J.C. Hart. She is looking forward to helping the North Haven team achieve excellence through her hard work and enthusiasm!
