J.C. Hart Company wishes to congratulate Deb Fuller, current Community Manager at North Haven, on being named the new Lease-Up Community Manager for Legacy Towns & Flats in Carmel. Deb will start fulfilling her duties at Legacy on December 1st and joins Jade Williams, Legacy's Assistant Manager who is already on site. This is a very exciting project for J.C. Hart and we know Deb will bring her A-game in leading the Legacy team to a successful lease-up. Congratulations again, Deb!
