J.C. Hart wishes to welcome a new Associate, Kara Nichols, to the team. Kara started in mid November as the Assistant Manager at Pebble Brook Village. Kara was referred to J.C. Hart by Ashley Benner. They worked together at NTS Development Co. Kara is a Purdue graduate, with a degree in Hospitality Tourism Management and was married right before she started with J.C. Hart! She and her husband live in Noblesville. Kara began her property management experience at a small family-owned company in West Lafayette while attending Purdue and has also worked in Indianapolis and Columbus, Ohio for JVM Realty.
Kara is stepping in at Pebble Brook Village while Amanda Stevenson is on maternity leave. Amanda is due to deliver her baby the 2nd week of December, which means any day now! And while Amanda is leaving, we are happy to welcome back Holli Moore from her maternity leave! Her son, Brody, is up to over 6 pounds now and is doing very well. We welcome Kara to the team, welcome Holli back into the fold, and wish Amanda all the best as she prepares to welcome her new baby into the world!
