J.C. Hart is pleased to welcome a new Associate to our Bloomington properties! Jason Luman joined The Crest and City Flats on December 28th as their new Maintenance Technician. Jason has plenty of property maintenance and construction experience on his resume, including owning his own construction business for a while, doing drywall, framing and roofing contracts, among other things. He is so excited to be joining the Bloomington team that he could barely sleep the night before he started! We are very excited to have Jason on board as well.
