On-the-Job Injuries

All on-the-job injuries (even small ones) must be immediately reported to either your Maintenance Supervisor or your Community Manager. The manager must then fill out the “First Report of Injury” form, which is found in your OSHA binders, and fax it to Jane at the Corporate Office. Please contact Jane if you have any questions about this procedure or what qualifies as a reportable injury.
