New Associates Join JC Hart

We have five new Associates we would like to introduce to everyone!

In mid-August, Oak Lake was pleased to welcome Tim Hovern, Maintenance Tech, to their team. Tim comes to us with years of experience in both the electrical and property management maintenance fields. He hails from New Jersey, but has been in Indy for the past three years. (We will just have to hope he is not a New England fan!) Tim learned of JC Hart when he started working at Riverchase right after we sold it.

Whitney Lewis also started in mid-August, as a Leasing Specialist for both BayShore and The Waverley. Whitney is a recent Indiana State graduate with a degree in Business Management. Her most recent employment was with Networks Financial Institute where she assisted in financial literacy education programs for adults and children. This is her first experience in property management, but she is up for the challenge. Both communities are happy to have Whitney pumping up their teams.

This week we had three new Associates start with us. Amanda Cable is our new Leasing Specialist for Pebble Brook, which means Tim Wade will now be the Leasing Specialist at North Haven. Amanda has lived at Riverchase since 2004 and has worked part-time as a monitor under both Rachel Baldwin and Michelle Metzner. She earned her Dental Assisting degree through PCI and has worked as orthodontic assistant for the past five years, but because of her time at Riverchase, she was aware of JC Hart's reputation and was very excited for the opportunity to join the company.

Randy Robinson is our new Maintenance Tech at Ashley Place. Randy is from Mishawaka and has been doing property management maintenance for the past several years. He has worked for Edward Rose, Sexton, and most recently, Mid-America. He is well-versed in preventative maintenance, and was recommended to us by Michelle Metzner who went to high school with Randy's girlfriend. Thanks for the referral, Michelle!

Ivette Arosemena, who originally hails from Panama, is our new Leasing Specialist at Grassy Creek. She was one of Orlando’s top producing real estate agents in 2007, but then moved to Indianapolis, where she has been living at Stonebridge for the past year. Jane Allen recommended that she apply to work at JC Hart, knowing her bilingual background would be a huge asset.

We are very happy to have all these new Associates on board and a part of our team, and wish Tim, Whitney, Amanda, Tim, Randy and Ivette much success in their new positions at JC Hart!
