J.C. Hart is very pleased to announce that a former Associate, Deb Fuller has returned to the fold this past week as the Community Manager at Oak Lake! Deb previously worked for J.C. Hart from June of 2001 to October of 2003, initially at The Club at Buffalo Creek and eventually managing the lease-up of North Haven. Deb left to pursue a career opportunity with Davis Homes and most recently was with Comcast Business Services, but she was excited to have the opportunity to return to property management, and specifically to J.C. Hart! Hopefully a lot of our Associates had the opportunity to meet and greet Deb at our Shining Star event last week. We are so happy to have her back on our team!

The Community Manager position at Oak Lake became available when Lisa Fuller was approached with the prospect of becoming the Community Manager at Grassy Creek. Lisa was ready and willing for the challenge so we look forward to lots of good things to come for Grassy Creek. We thank Tim Bischoff for all his hard work and efforts at Grassy Creek and wish him and his family well in future endeavors.

More good news! Amanda Cable (Leasing Specialist - Pebble Brook Village) snuck away for a vacation and came back with a new name! Amanda was married to Matthew Stevenson on February 24th in Jamaica. She said it was absolutely beautiful. We wish Amanda and Matthew and their son, Cadence (4), a lifetime of joy and happiness! Congratulations!
