Saxony Deal Completed

J.C. Hart Company is very pleased to announce, through the formation of District Partners, LLC, we successfully closed on the construction loan for our project at Exit 10 in Fishers' Saxony development on April 23, 2009. The project, called The District at Saxony, is a 269 unit development adjacent to the proposed site for Clarian Hospital and was financed with a Bank of America loan commitment of $21,650,000. Republic Development Corp (our same partner in Linden Square) is a member of District Partners, LLC. We look forward to working with them once again and developing another distinct and exciting JC Hart Community.
