New Associates

J.C. Hart is very pleased to introduce two new Leasing Specialists to our team of Associates. Courtney Loyd and Lauren Higgins both started Wednesday, April 15th.

Courtney is a Ball State graduate with a B.S. in Communication and a minor in Marketing. She has previous leasing experience with AMLI and also has worked in event coordinating and guest services in the fine dining industry. She did an internship at Conceco Fieldhouse as an Event Coordinator and almost had a run in (literally) with Larry Bird! Courtney is joining the staff at North Haven and is looking forward to bringing her positive attitude to the team.

Lauren Higgins has been a resident at Stonebridge and was referred to J.C. Hart by Martina Findley and Lisa Fuller, so thank you, Martina and Lisa! Lauren holds a B.S. degree in Advertising and Journalism from Indiana University. Lauren has over ten years of customer service and sales experience in retail and marketing, including the insurance industry. She is joining the Stonebridge staff and will bring her outgoing and hard working personality with her.
