J.C. Hart is very pleased to announce the hiring of JaMarcus Fanning. JaMarcus is our new Assistant Manager for Linden Square! He just received his Masters in Residential Proprety Management from Ball State University. In fact, JaMarcus actually shadowed Mark Juleen a couple of years ago when he was working on his degree! He has also completed his CAM and NALP so he is ready to go. JaMarcus has already moved into his new apartment at Linden Square and is looking forward to getting settled in his new home, with his new team.

We are also pleased to announce that Sam Nelson (Leasing Specialist at Linden Square) has been promoted to Assistant Manager and will take on that role at BayShore. Sam has worked hard this past year to improve his knowledge and skills to take on the Assistant Manager position and is very pumped to be given this opportunity. Sam and JaMarcus are both starting in their new positions on July 1. We congratulate them both and wish them lots of success!
