Promotion in Construction

J.C. Hart Company is please to announce the promotion of Jeffrey Bourff to Pre-Construction Contract Coordinator. Jeff joined J.C. Hart in October of 2008 as a Construction Superintendent and oversaw the construction of Renwick City Flats in Bloomington. After doing a tremendous job in Bloomington, he has been overseeing the completion of the pools at both Renwick and Legacy, as well as pre-construction assignments for Waverley's Phase II and the upcoming Ft. Ben project. The Pre-Construction/Contract Coordinator has the responsibility to coordinate all pre-construction drawings and documents with the Architect., review all construction drawings for accuracy and completeness, and issue bid packages as well as negotiate buy-out for each project. Jeff has already been acting in this capacity for the past few months and we are very pleased to make it official! Congratulations, Jeff!
